| Our Events - Brass Monkey - 2008 |
December 28th 2008 was our 5th Brass Monkey Run to Wells.
Welcome to our 5th B.M.R. pics. 9.30am and the weather was definitely frosty but sunny. We were all glad the Ram opened up this year to serve hot drinks and bacon butties. We left on time onto Waitrose at Swaffham for pit stop for cars and coffees etc. and to meet more people and chat. Then onto Wells, a good run and more of you joining us on the way. Jup, this year we overflowed their car park, a record number of about 70 vehicles!
The weather was even colder and definitely cloudy here, but still dry good, so ideal to chat, look at cars etc before heading off for food and drink. There were a great selection of cars, so hopefully there's a picture of them all below.
Thanks to all you folk who came, it was good to see you and I hope you enjoyed yourselves. We hope to see you at the 6th run. Hope you enjoy the pics (click on pics to see full size ones!).
